Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with USPS Ground mail and typically take 4-8 days to arrive within the US.   You have the option to select Priority 1-2 day mail at checkout to ensure a package arrives sooner.  At checkout you also have the option to add a signature or insurance to your package to improve security if you wish.

If your area is one that may experience theft, please email me at ShopGiaTaylor@gmail.com, and I can arrange a signature delivery for you to ensure the package arrives safely in your hands.

Please note that once the package leaves my hands, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service, and I am no longer responsible for it.  I can see just as much tracking information as you can, with the tracking number attached to your order.  Once the order says delivered by the tracking number, USPS typically will not take responsibility for it, and it is in the responsibility of the customer from this point on. 

I am also NOT responsible for weather-related damage or delays! Once the package leaves my hands, it is completely out of my control!

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS.  If needed, I can send you the info on how to do so.

 I am not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of the shipping service selected! If you place an order and the shipping address is a forwarding address, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT!

♡Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order- I will not be responsible for incorrect addresses or failed/attempted deliveries. If your order fails to deliver, you are responsible for all shipping charges to change to a new delivery address.  If your purchase has been shipped to an old address please contact your local USPS branch for assistance
