Return/Refund Policy

ShopGiaTaylor has a 7-day return/refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. Read specifics below.

I do not accept any returned lipgloss, lip oil, lip balm, lip scrub, lotion, body oil, or body scrub. If any of these items are returned they are immediately thrown out, not re-sold or refunded. This is for all customers benefit; no one will receive a personal product that has been in the hands of another customer or potentially used! If lip/skin product is ordered on accident, it is not eligible for a return once it has been shipped.  If the order hasn't shipped yet, it can be cancelled.  Only lipglosses that are defective upon arrival due to a production or packaging error are eligible for refund.

To start a return/refund request, you can contact me at ShopGiaTaylor@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how to send your package back.

- If it is ShopGiaTaylor's fault and reason for return, I will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as where to send your package.

- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted, will not be returned back to the customer, or refunded.
