Refund policy

ShopGiaTaylor has a 7-day return/refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. Read specifics below.

I do not accept any returned lipgloss, lip oil, lip balm, lip scrub, lotion, body oil, or body scrub. If any of these items are returned they are immediately thrown out, not re-sold or refunded. This is for all customers benefit; no one will receive a personal product that has been in the hands of another customer or potentially used!
If lip/skin product is ordered on accident, it is not eligible for a return once it has been shipped.  If the order hasn't shipped yet, it can be cancelled.  Only lipglosses that are defective upon arrival due to a production or packaging error are eligible for refund.

To start a return/refund request, you can contact me at ShopGiaTaylor@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how to send your package back.

- If it is ShopGiaTaylor's fault and reason for return, I will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as where to send your package.

- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted, will not be returned back to the customer, or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Lipgloss without defect on my prediction or packaging end is not eligible for return.  I do not accept returned lipgloss, as I cannot resell it; that would be unhygienic for my customers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Lip scrub, lip balm, lip oil, body oil, lotion, body scrub, body butter also without defect on my prediction or packaging end is not eligible for return.  I do not accept these items returned, as I cannot resell it; that would be unhygienic for my customers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
I will more than happily conduct an exchange or send you a new gloss if the wrong item was sent!  Sadly, if an item was ordered on accident or the incorrect quantity was purchased, as long as the order was fulfilled according to the order placed, I cannot conduct an exchange as there is no issue with the order.


Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
