Your package will be shipped before your video is posted, this is completely normal:) Gia records packing your order, then ships it out with that day's packages, then over the next day or two will edit the clips, put them together, add background music, voice it over, then post it<3
You can select from the drop down menu if you would like your first name to be mentioned in the video or not :)
If your name is pronounced in a way you're worried Gia might not pronounce correctly, totally reach out via chat, message, email, etc, or leave a note on your order to tell her how to pronounce it exactly as you prefer:) <3 Also if you’d like specific pronouns, please reach out also via the methods mentioned above! :)

That means we are experiencing an overwhelming amount of requests for TikToks, and need a few days to catch up on them. @Shopgiataylor posts only 1-2 times a day on Tiktok and prefers to space out packing videos with other videos so that the shop's feed is diverse and not too repetitive of the same content.
